Resident Assistant (Evening)
Role Overview
The Evening Resident Assistant provides on-site coverage to ensure safety, structure, and a calm, Christ-honoring environment during evening hours. This role supports residents through presence, safety rounds, curfew and visitor monitoring, incident response, and clear shift handoffs. The RA works alongside House Leadership and Case Management but is not a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors with warmth while maintaining clear boundaries

Support evening routines (meals, chores, activities, quiet hours)

Conduct safety rounds, room checks, and curfew/visitor monitoring

Respond to incidents and emergencies; complete required documentation

Maintain clean, safe common areas and report maintenance needs

Complete shift notes and provide clear handoffs to incoming staff
Qualifications Required

1–3+ years in residential care, shelter, hospitality, or similar setting
-
Strong communication, boundaries, and de-escalation skills
-
Familiarity with safety procedures and documentation

Comfortable using basic technology

Complete shift notes and provide clear handoffs to day staff
Qualifications Required

Social Media Lead Intern (Unpaid)
Role Overview
The Social Media Lead Intern helps steward Restored Hope Ministries’ digital voice by sharing stories with dignity, mobilizing prayer and support, and growing a Christ-honoring online community. This internship supports awareness, engagement, volunteers, and giving through thoughtful, mission-aligned content. The role partners closely with Programs, Development, and Volunteers.
*This is an unpaid internship position designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in nonprofit communications and ministry storytelling.
Responsibilities

Help plan and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create and post short-form videos, graphics, captions, and calls to action

Assist with event coverage and testimony content (with proper consent)

Monitor comments and messages; route prayer requests appropriately

Support volunteer drives, fundraising campaigns, and ministry updates
-
Track basic performance metrics and help refine content strategy
Qualifications Required

Passion for ministry, storytelling, and digital engagement

Experience managing or creating content for social media (personal, school, church, or nonprofit)

Basic skills in video, graphics, and copywriting (Canva, phone video, etc.)
