Dawn is President and Founder of CityGate Property Group, Dawn’s mission is to feed God’s people. Emotionally, Spiritually and Physically. City Gate manages apartment communities for Investors. As well, as an entrepreneur founded Morning Glory Services that offers Plumbing and Construction type service.
Dawn is an Elder/Leader, serving Covenant Church and is a member of Center For National Renewal in Washington, DC and part of the Circle of Influence for reconciliation and impactful transformation not only in our Nations Capitol, but in neighborhoods and Cities. Utilizing every opportunity to impact the lives of those she serves.
Other Associations and Board participation include; Denton County CPS, Dallas, Texas and National Apartment Associations.
She and her husband Anthony have five children, fourteen grand children, and reside in Aubrey, Texas. She enjoys hiking, running and helping women recognize their potential and fulfill their destiny.
